"Human Resources Management: A Strategy for Change" forum will be held in Ufa

The III Inter-regional recruitment forum "Human Resources Management: A Strategy for Change" will be held from November 13 to 14 in Ufa. The instruction to hold the forum was published on the official web portal of legal information.

The second recruitment forum was held in Ufa in 2013. According to its participants, the forum is a good platform for constructive dialogue between business and government. It gives a possibility to discuss trends, current theories and best practices of HR-management services for executives and HR departments, consultants and coachers.

The interregional recruitment forum in the capital of Bashkortostan is held annually and is dedicated to the most relevant topics in the HR-field.

The organizing committee of the third forum includes the Head of the Presidential Administration RB Sergey Molchanov, his deputy Ramil Dilmukhametov, director of the Ufa branch of the Russian State Social University, Director of the Russian Politics School in the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustem Akhmadinurov, as well as heads of ministries and departments.
