View apartments of premium class will appear soon in the historic centre of Ufa, the Arcada Management Company informs. They will be located in a newly built multi-functional complex next to Gostiny Dvor.

Apartments are accommodation of executive class with hotel services. One of the features of the «Verkhnyaya Torgovaya Residence» will be high quality services rendered by one of the world leaders in the hotel business - «Holiday Inn», which hotel will be also located in this quarter.

“The decision to combine this type of property with hotel services of international level is a fundamentally new for Ufa market. To date, similar offers are unique even on the national scale, despite the fact that overseas it is a well-established segment of the real estate”, the head of PR-department of Arcada Management Company Vitaly Pilipchuk says.

In the 21-storey building there will be more than 250 apartments ranging from 40 to 130 sq m. The central location of the "Upper Trading Residence» complex provides proximity of administrative and cultural sites of the capital of Bashkortostan. There are four theatres, museums and eight six parks in its neighborhood that will allow owners of the apartments feeling themselves in the centre of Ufa life.

Construction of the Holiday Inn Hotel is scheduled for completion before the end of the year. The renovated Gostiny Dvor will open its doors in August 2015, and the «Verkhnyaya Torgovaya Residence» apartments will welcome their tenants at the beginning of 2016.
