More than 50 million rubles of backdated wages were paid to employees after State Labour Inspectorate audits

In Bashkortostan, since the beginning of the year more than 50 million rubles of backdated wages were paid to 2011 employees pursuant to the orders issued by state inspectors, the State Labour Inspectorate in RB informs.
As a result of inspections 1015 written employment contracts were brought to conformity with the legislation, 8 disciplinary sanctions and 12 illegally orders of workers dismissal were cancelled, 17 industrial accident reports were issued or re-issued, as well as 26 individual entrepreneurs, 164 legal and 298 officials were brought to administrative liability for violations. The amount of fines exceeded 7 million rubles.
As the State Labour Inspectorate in RB marks, inspections are carried out on the basis of citizens' appeals. Thus, in the first half of the year 2598 written complaints were received. Another 1,313 people made calls on "hot line" or made personal appointments.
A significant part of appeals (49 percent) was related to remuneration issues. The facts of wage arrears were proved true during inspections in Ufa companies "Bashuralenergostroy", "UralSpetstranssvyaz", "ANEGA Drilling", Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Scientific Design and Technological Bureau" Vikhr" and LLC "Priyutovagrogaz", JSC "Amzinsky Lesokombinat "and 11 more employers.
