690 organizations are in a state of bankruptcy in Bashkortostan

In the first half of the year in Bashkortostan 690 organizations of various forms of ownership were in the list of bankrupts, according to the Directorate of Rosreestr in Bashkortostan. This is by three percent higher than in the first quarter, primarily due to the increase in accounts payable of commercial organizations.

According to the Directorate liquidation procedure of bankruptcy proceedings were initiated in respect of 555 debtors and observation procedure in respect of another 120. 14 organizations were subjected to external management, and a procedure of financial recovery was started in one company.

In the second quarter of the year the first stage of bankruptcy - observation procedure - was introduced against 69 organizations, 95.7 percent of which – are commercial.

The number of bankrupts with outstanding growing wage arrears decreased from 99 to 97. As of July 1, the total amount of debt to employees amounted to 157.9 million rubles.

According to the Directorate of Rosreestr in Bashkortostan, 48 state and municipal enterprises are among organizations - bankrupts. Their number decreased by 9.5 percent compared to the first quarter. 44 enterprises are in the stage of bankruptcy proceedings, another four – are under observation procedure.
