Banks increased their lending to the economy of Bashkortostan by 9.1 percent

In the first half of the year banks operating in the territory of Bashkortostan, issued loans for 424.8 billion rubles – by 9.1 percent more than in the same period of 2013, it follows from the statistical data of the National Bank RB.

Thus, the volume of loans to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs increased by 11.4 percent - up to 318.2 billion rubles, while the volume of loans to individuals - by 2.7 percent, to 106.6 billion rubles.

The aggregate amount of credit investments in the economy of Bashkortostan totaled 648.2 billion rubles as of July 1. From the beginning of the year, this figure rose by 16.6 percent, from 1 July 2013- by 32.1 percent.

The relative share of overdue loans to legal entities and entrepreneurs declined year-on-year from 2.8 to 2 percent. Individuals, on the contrary, increased the share of overdue loans from 3.9 to 5.3 percent.
