Cost per square metre of social housing increased by 3.6 thousand rubles in Ufa

The cost per sq m in existing homes on contract of social rent is increased in Ufa. The cost rose in price by 3.6 thousand rubles, compared with last year and is now worth 55,000 rubles. New estimates of the standard providing from 14 to 18 sq m of total living space per person in the secondary market are established at the 34th meeting of the City Council of Ufa.

In 2013, the cost of housing on contract of social rent was equal to 51.4 thousand rubles per sq m.
