Salaries in Bashkiria increased by 6.6 percent in January-May

In January-May average wages of workers at Bashkortostan enterprises and companies grew by 6.6 percent to 23 224.2 rubles compared to the same period of 2013. These data are given in the materials of Bashkortostan Statistics Agency.

The real growth adjusted for the consumer price index was 0.2 percent.

The highest wage growth was observed at manufacturing vehicles and equipment (by 12.7 percent to 26.9 thousand rubles), chemical manufacturing (12.3 percent to 33.9 thousand rubles), as well as health and social services (10.7 percent to 20.5 thousand rubles).

Oil refining enterprises (59.9 thousand rubles) and mining companies (48.6 thousand rubles) continue to keep the top positions in terms of the highest salaries in the republic.
