Central Election Commission registered four candidates for the President of Bashkiria

Four nominees received documents on registration as candidates for the post of President of Bashkortostan. These are Ildar Bikbaev, Chief of Staff of the Public Chamber of Bashkortostan, nominated by the regional branch of the political party "Patriots of Russia"; Ivan Sukharev, the State Duma deputy nominated by the regional office of the Liberal Democratic Party; Rustem Khamitov, Acting President of the Republic of Bashkortostan, nominated by the regional branch of the Russian political party "United Russia"; Yunir Kutluguzhin, the secretary of the Republican Committee of the regional branch of the Communist Party.

They all received documents confirming the status of a registered candidate for the post of the head of the region.

Recall that 11 political parties recommended candidates for the President of Bashkortostan. Four candidates submitted documents for registration and support sheets with signatures of deputies of municipal representative bodies. In accordance with the electoral law they were registered as candidates for the post of the President of the Republic.
