Bashkiria will receive more than 930 million rubles for resettlement of residents from failing buildings

To implement the program of people resettlement from failing housing stock Bashkortostan will receive 930,14 mln rubles from the Housing and Utility Reform Foundation, the press service of the Government RB informs. The Board of the state-owned corporation approved two republican applications for financial support for this purpose. Another 2.23 billion rubles will be allocated by the region as co-financing.

All funds will be used for resettlement to new apartments of 6583 people from 271 failing houses.

Recall that in 2008 for programs of apartment houses overhaul repair and resettlement of people from failing housing stock 12,68 billion rubles were transferred to the republic. Another 6.35 billion rubles were allocated from the republican budget as co-financing. Due to these funds 1331 apartment buildings were repaired, 242.7 thousand people improved their living conditions, 23 thousand people, previously lived in 878 dilapidated houses were given new apartments.
