Special elections of Ufa City Council deputies will be held in September 14

Election Commission of Ufa City Municipal District finished receiving notifications on nomination of candidates for deputies of the City Council of the third convocation from five single-member constituencies.

Six parties announced about nominating their candidates - "Yabloko", "Communist Party", "Liberal Democratic Party", "A Just Russia", "Green Alliance People’s Party" and "United Russia". They notified the Election Commission on the nomination of 26 candidates.

On Thursday, July 17 the election commission registered eight candidates. The lists of two parties ("Yabloko" and "Green Alliance People’s Party ") were not certified. The regular meeting of the election commission for registration of candidates and notification of shortcomings found in documents will be held next week,” the press service of Ufa administration informs.
