Average asking price of housing under construction in Ufa - 55.8 thousand rubles per sq. m

As of June 1, the average asking price of housing under construction totaled 55.8 thousand rubles per sq. m in Ufa. According to SUN "Expert" real estate agency from the beginning of the year this figure rose by one percent with no changes in May.

The most expensive buildings are traditionally in the downtown: 64,7 thousand rubles per sq. m. Almost the same price level remain in the Zelenaya Roscha district (64.4 thousand rubles sq. m). It is followed by October Avenue (62.2), Sipailovo (56.1), Inors (54.2), Chernikovka (51.1), Dema (50.1), Zaton (50) residential districts. The monitoring covered the 2262 offers of residential property under construction.

One-room apartments are available in average at 56.75 thousand rubles per sq. m, two-room - at 54,55 thousand rubles per sq. m, three-room - at 55.6 thousand rubles per sq. m. The multi-room apartments are sold at 60 thousand rubles per sq. m.

The greatest demand is for one-room apartments.

The minimum asking price on new buildings is fixed in Zaton district - 39 thousand rubles per sq. m. The maximum price - 90 thousand rubles – is recorded in the downtown.
