UMPO will direct 28 percent of net profit for dividends payment

UMPO shareholders at the annual meeting decided to pay dividends for 2013 in the sum of 1.28 rubles per ordinary share, the press service of the company informs. Nominal holders and trustees will be paid dividends before July 4, other shareholders - before July 25.

UMPO net profit by the results of 2013 amounted to 2 125,9 million rubles. The company's share capital is divided into 467,28 million shares. Thus, about 598.1 million rubles will be directed for the dividends payment, or 28 percent of net profit.

In 2013 the revenues of the association increased by 48 percent - to 37.7 billion rubles. As a result, total revenue of the division UEC "Engines for combat air force" uniting JSC UMPO, JSC NPP "Motor" and Moscow Chernyshev Machine Building enterprise increased by 38 percent compared to the year of 2012 - to 45 billion rubles.

At the meeting of shareholders new members of the Board of Directors and the Audit Commission were also elected.

JSC "Ufa Engine Industrial Association" is the Russian largest manufacturer of aircraft engines. It is engaged in development, manufacturing, service and repair of turbojet engines and pumping units, production and repairs of helicopters. It is included in the United Engine Corporation — a wholly owned subsidiary of JSC OPK "Oboronprom" on engine assets management.
