Bashneft increased oil production in January-March by 7 percent, refining – by 2 percent
4.1 million tons of oil were extracted in Bashneft’s oil fields in the first quarter – by 7 percent more than during the same period of the last year. The company reports that geological and engineering brownfields allowed increasing oil production by 2.2 percent. In addition, production testing of R.Trebs and Titov fields is carried out.
Thus, the Bashneft’s average daily production in the first quarter reached 45.6 thousand tons per day. This is the maximum index for the last 18 years, the company reports.
The volume of primary processing at the company refineries in the first quarter amounted to 5.3 million tons – by 2 percent more than in January-March 2013. Salable products increased by 3.2 percent - to 4.8 million tons. The production of gasoline decreased by 5.5 percent and diesel fuel - by 0.7 percent.
