Bashneft consolidates all its retail sales business on the basis of LLC Bashneft-Retail Sales

Before the end of the year Bashneft will carry out reorganization of its retail sales of petroleum products. Subsidiaries and affiliates, specializing in retail sales will be consolidated on the basis of LLC Bashneft-Retail Sales, the company reports. The new entity created by renaming the subsidiary LLC Bashneft-Udmurtia and is registered in Ufa.

Andrey Brotsman, previously headed Bashneft-Orenburgnefteprodukt Branch of JSOC Bashneft has been appointed General Director of LLC Bashneft-Retail Sales. Andrew Brotsman will enter upon his duties from July 1.

According to Bashneft's First Vice President for Refining and Commerce Maxim Andriasov reorganization is aimed in particular at improving the efficiency of retail sales of petroleum products by optimizing administrative costs and standardizing business processes.

As of the beginning of April, Bashneft's retail network comprised 486 company-owned filling stations in Bashkortostan, the Udmurt Republic, the Orenburg, Sverdlovsk, Kurgan, Smolensk, Saratov and Chelyabinsk regions and also 279 partner filling stations in 18 regions of Russia.
