Ufa will host the International Forum "Big Chemistry" on May 29-30

From May 29 to 30, the capital of Bashkortostan will host the IV International Forum "Big Chemistry", which will take place in the recreation and business complex "Congress Hall". At the already traditional venue experts will discuss the prospects of the domestic petrochemical industry.

A plenary session will focus on the domestic market of oil and gas industry products in Russia. The theme of the central section will be infrastructure development centres of petrochemical complex, and the strategic section will be devoted to use energy-efficient and resource-saving technologies in the industry.

An agreement between the Presidential Administration RB and JSC "United Petrochemical Company" will be signed at the forum, as well as agreements on joint activities of sectoral clusters participants.

Recall that the forum is being held with the official support of the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov. Its organizers are the Bashkortostan Government, the Ministry of Industry and Innovation Policy, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Academy of Sciences and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the republic.

Annually the forum is attended by over 600 people: representatives of major companies from Russia and abroad, regional leaders, academics and industry experts.
