Bashneft has placed a bond issue BO-05 for 10 billion rubles

Yesterday Bashneft placed stock bonds series BO-05, according to the report of the issuer.

The company placed 10 million bonds with a face value of 1000 rubles each by public offering. Total amount nominal value of issues was 10 billion rubles. Maturity - 10 years. Terms of issue provide a put option in 4.5 years.

On May 22, Bashneft collected bids for the bonds, which resulted in the first coupon rate having been set at 10.7 percent per annum. Rates of 2-9 coupons were equated to it. Total payments for each coupon period will be 533.5 million rubles or 53.35 rubles per bond.
