1224 items of municipal non-residential property will be sold in Ufa

Municipal property privatization plans of Ufa include 1224 items of nonresidential property with total area of 240 thousand square metres. As the deputy head of the city administration, head of the municipal property directorate of Ufa administration Azamat Sagitov informs, 888 facilities covering an area of about 179,000 square metres have been already sold. Amount of transactions reached nearly 5.5 billion rubles.

In March, the republic passed a law authorizing a purchase of the leased property in installments of up to seven years. Thus, the budget will receive revenues of about three billion rubles before June 1.

Today 47 urban real estate items are on sale with an area of nearly 11.5 thousand square metres.

During the validity of the Federal Law No. 159 a cost per square metre in the municipal non-residential property is about 31 thousand rubles. Price depends on the location of the property item and its height.
