More than 10 billion rubles are allocated to finance failing housing resettlement program in Bashkiria

In Bashkortostan, the total amount of funding of the targeted program on resettlement of citizens from failing housing will be 10.4 billion rubles. Including 3.1 billion rubles from the Housing and Public Utilities Reform Assistance Foundation, 5.7 billion rubles - from the republican budget, 1.1 billion rubles - from municipal budgets, 0,43 billion rubles due to the additional financing.
Implementation period of the program is divided into five stages: the first stage will last until 31 December 2014, the second - until 31 December 2015, the third - until 31 December 2016, the fourth and fifth stages until September 1, 2017. The financing of the first stage will amount to 2.4 billion rubles.
With this money it is planned to construct and acquire 315.8 thousand square meters of housing for resettlement of residents from failing buildings, the demolition of houses with total area of 275 thousand square meters, more than 20 thousand people will be resettled. The program on resettlement of people from dilapidated housing includes such cities as Ufa, Kumertau, Neftekamsk, Octyabrsky, Sibay, Sterlitamak, Blagoveshchensk, Dyurtyuli and Yanaul.
