Bashneft intends to acquire five chains of gas stations

JSOC Bashneft is going to buy five chains of refuelling stations. Plans of Bashneft’s participation in the authorized capital of five companies were approved at the board meeting of the oil company on Tuesday, Bashneft reports.

Bashneft plans to acquire 100 percent of LLC "AZS- Saransk", LLC "AZS - Ufa" and CJSC "Helios" (Miass, Chelyabinsk region). Its participation in JSC "Optan -AZS " and CJSC "Ural" is also approved - it is assumed that "Bashneft" will buy 95 percent stake of these companies, 5 percent stake will be acquired by LLC "Bashneft- Udmurtia".

The retail chain of Bashneft includes 497 own refuelling stations owned by its subsidiaries - "Bashneft - Bashkirnefteproduct ", "Bashneft - Orenburgnefteproduct", LLC "Bashneft- Udmurtia", LLC "SKON", LLC "Uraloil", as well as more than 220 affiliate stations in 21 regions of Russia.
