Number of bankrupt enterprises reduced in Bashkortostan

The number of bankrupt companies reduced from 1204 to 683 over the past three years in the republic, reported the press service of the Federal Tax Service of Bashkortostan. The number of delayed procedures decreased from 362 to 156. Due to this revenues to the budget considerably increased, and the costs of state bankruptcy proceedings reduced. As a result, the debt of insolvent enterprises for the period decreased from 14.2 to 3.5 billion rubles. Total debt of tax debtors for the period decreased by 44 percent - from 28.7 to 16.2 billion rubles.

Since 2004, the Federal Tax Service is an authorized executive body providing representation in bankruptcy cases and bankruptcy procedures on mandatory payments and claims of Russian monetary obligations.
