The minimum living wage per capita has been set at 7326 rubles for the fourth quarter of 2013 in Russia. The corresponding decree of the Government of the Russian Federation is published on the official website of legal information. In the third quarter this index was set at 7429 rubles.
In the fourth quarter the minimum living wage for working-age population amounted to 7896 rubles (in the third quarter - 8014), for pensioners - 6023 rubles (6097), for children - 7021 rubles (7105).
The minimum living wage per capita is determined on the basis of the consumer basket and Rosstat data on consumer prices for food, non-food goods and services.
Recall that in Bashkortostan the minimum living wage for the fourth quarter of 2013 amounted to 6446 rubles.
