Production of Planter profiled membrane is started in Uchaly

In Uchaly production of Planter profiled membranes is started. Uchalinsky branch of Logicroof factory, being a part of "TechnoNIKOL" corporation, is able to produce 5 million sq m of the material per year. Reaching the project capacity is scheduled for May this year. It is reported by Information-Analytical Department of Uchaly administration referring to the director of Uchalinsky branch of Logicroof factory Shamil Gaisin.

The corporation invested 255 million rubles in the construction of a new venture, the report said.

The Italian full cycle production line will make profiled membranes of four types: Planter standard, Planter extra, Planter eco and Planter geo.

It is planned to sell the products by Uchalinsky plant both in Russia and abroad - in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

Planter profiled membrane is manufactured from high density polyethylene. It is used as a substitute for concrete preparation providing significant savings. Weight per sq m of Planter profiled membrane does not exceed 1 kg. Lifetime is more than 50 years.
