"Banks. Processes. Standards. Quality" research-to-practice conference is held in Ufa

Banking standards, service quality improvement, lending to small and medium-sized businesses will be discussed in Ufa within the research-to-practice conference "Banks. Processes. Standards. Quality", which takes place at the National Bank RB on March 20-22.

The annual conference is held by the Association of Russian Banks, the Association of Credit and Financial Institutions of Bashkiria, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Bashkir State University.

The conference develops standards of banking processes and products. 14 standards are already adopted and six more are in the developmental stage.

First of all, the participants will discuss the problem of creating and implementing a standardized approach in crediting small and medium-sized businesses, self-regulation of credit and financial institutions. The standards of cooperation between banks and regional authorities - financial instruments of the housing market, housing loans granting and development of state incentives will be also discussed there.
