Market price per square metre of housing in Ufa is approved at 32,395 rubles

In Bashkortostan indicators of average market price per square metre of housing area in urban districts, towns and municipal districts of the republic are approved for the first quarter of 2014. The corresponding order of the State Committee for Construction and Architecture of Bashkortostan Republic is available on the official web portal of legal information.

In urban districts, the market price of residential square metre ranges from 23 600 rubles (the cities of Agidel and Mezhgoyre) to 32 395 rubles (Ufa), in urban areas - 28 000 rubles (Davlekanovo) to 31 000 (Beloretsk and Uchaly), in municipal districts - from 23 600 rubles ( Beloretsky, Blagoveschensky, Davlekanovsky, Ishimbayskiy, Meleuzovsky and Uchalinsky districts) to 32 000 rubles (Ufa district).

The approved indicators are used when calculating the amount of subsidies for residents of the republic being in need to improve their housing conditions, according to the order the State Construction Committee.
