250 companies from 28 regions of Russia announced their participation in Agricultural Exhibition in Bashkortostan

The XXIV International Specialized Exhibition "AgroComplex" will be held in the Bashkir capital from March 11 to 14.

About 250 companies from 28 regions of Russia announced their participation in "Agrocomplex" -2014, as well as from Holland, Germany, China, Belarus , Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

As CEO of LLC "Bashkir Exhibition Company" Albina Kildigulova told reporters, this year the exhibition would be divided into thematic areas.

Among them there is agricultural machinery, crop production, food, equipment for processing and packaging of agricultural products, animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, as well as the area for consultations, open air display and the special section "Agroferma". Here visitors will see new breeds of different animals and poultry.

According to the Deputy Minister of Agriculture Ildar Amirkhanov, the food industry will be demonstrated by 20 enterprises. Among them there are representatives of baking, confectionery, dairy- and meat-processing industries, as well as companies engaged in beekeeping and poultry. Total, they will offer visitors for tasting and possible purchase more than 30 new products.

“A separate stand will feature members of the Republican program «Product of Bashkortostan». Currently this umbrella brand unites 82 producers” Ildar Amirhanov said.

Traditionally, Agrocomplex visitors will see the advanced equipment for processing agricultural products, animal feeding, veterinary drugs, equipment for processing and storage of milk, fertilizers and seeds, as well as food, baking, packaging equipment and much more.

Its business program is expected to be very intense and diverse. 25 events are scheduled for four days of its work.

On March 13, the winners of four competitions held under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkortostan will be awarded. They represent the best products in several branches of agriculture: agricultural machinery, crop production, food, veterinary and animal husbandry.
