Ufa budget revenues in 2013 increased by 22 percent - to 23.2 billion rubles

Revenues of 23,227 million rubles are mobilized in the budget of Ufa in 2013, which is by 22 percent higher than revenues of 2012, the press service of the city administration informs. The spending are financed in the sum of 23 482 million rubles.

Tax and non-tax revenues to the city treasury amounted to about 11 billion rubles – by 17 percent more than in 2012.

Experts explain the positive trends, in particular, by increase in standard tax deductions on personal income from 20 to 22 percent. This ensured the growth in income from the personal income tax to 796 million rubles. Revenues from lump sum tax increased by 13 percent. Revenues from property taxes increased by 29 percent – due to increase in land tax rates by type of functional land use.

From upper budgets 12 223 million rubles were received in 2013 – by 26 percent more than in 2012. Of these, 7.47 billion rubles were subsidies, 4,5 billion rubles - subventions.

The city administration marks that over the past two years, the budget revenues increased by more than 6 billion rubles. This allowed fully funding socially important programs of the city. 70 percent of all expenditures of the city budget are spending on education, health, culture, sport, social policy, housing and landscaping.
