Tripartite agreement on creation of industrial park is concluded in Bashkiria
A tripartite agreement on cooperation in establishment and functioning of the industrial park "Pervy Zauralskiy" in Sibay is signed by the Ministry of Industry and Innovation Policy of Bashkortostan, the city administration and the individual entrepreneur Andrey Andreev.
Creating an industrial park in Sibay is considered one of the priority projects of the Trans-Urals.
The agreement provides for formation of the industrial park development plan based on existing production facilities and new ones, renovating and designing of engineering networks to meet modern building requirements and standards. Also under the agreement preferential conditions provided for the participants of the industrial park will be developed.
Support rendered by state and municipal authorities involves the creation of necessary legal, organizational, material and financial conditions for the development of the industrial park.
Recall that the first industrial park was established in the Trans-Urals in the former meat-packing plant of Sibay. The owner of production areas is an individual entrepreneur Andrey Andreev. He restored the territory infrastructure at his own expense, having spent for these purposes about six million rubles. It is expected that the territory will be able to accommodate 20 residents, the number of workers - from 250 to 400 people. The total area is 13.6 hectares. Here, a complex of wood processing facilities will be located. Currently constructions works are being conducted, the premises are being prepared for residents. In March, the first factory making activated carbon will be launched.
