Chairman of the Uralsib Board Nikolay Tsvetkov acquired 90.37 percent stake of Bashprombank

The Chairman of the Board of Uralsib Financial Corporation received the right to dispose of 90.37 percent stake in JSC "Bashprombank". It follows from Bashprombank’s materials that Nikolay Tsvetkov has control over the issuer through several structures: Financial Corporation NIKOIL LLC (Moscow), Cypriot Evolutsia Conglomerate Ltd., Campsbay Ltd. and Dalecoast Ltd., OJSC Uralsib Financial Corporation and JSC Uralsib.

Previously it was reported that JSC Uralsib by buying a stake owned by Bashkortostan Republic in Bashprombank as 49.99996 percent of share capital at 190 million rubles, consolidated almost 100 percent of Bashkir bank’s shares.
