Bashneft intends to consolidate 100 percent stake at Bashneft Trading AG

JSOC Bashneft buys 49 percent of Bashneft Trading AG. A decision to increase a stake at Bashneft Trading AG was approved at the meeting of the Board of Directors on Wednesday. This is stated in the report of the oil company.

In 2011, Bashneft acquired 51 percent of Bashneft Trading AG. Thus, if the deal goes through, Bashneft consolidates 100 percent stake at Bashneft Trading AG.

Bashneft Trading AG is engaged in sale of oil and petroleum products in the international markets.
