Bashkortostan delegation is in China

Bashkortostan delegation headed by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB, Minister of Economic Development Yevgeny Mavrin participated in the first meeting of the joint working group in the format of "Volga Yangtze" on trade-economic and humanitarian cooperation of the Volga Federal District and the Chinese provinces, the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development RB reports.

At meeting of the working group the Deputy Prime Minister told about the development of bilateral relations between Bashkortostan and the province of Jiangxi. He said that during the visit of Bashkortostan delegation to Jiangxi Province in November 2013 major agreements were reached on cooperation in economics, science and technology, agriculture, tourism and education, as well as cultural exchange. USATU and Nanchang Aerospace University signed a memorandum of understanding. Bashkir State University and Nanchang University exchanged draft contracts on scientific and educational cooperation. The signing of documents is planned for April 2014.

According to the Ministry of Economic Development RB, during this visit talks will be hold with the leadership of Jiangxi Province on signing the agreement. Construction project for deep processing of wheat for production of modern feed additives, gluten, glucose-fructose syrups will be discussed with representatives of Hunan Province.
