Ufa budget received 1.3 billion rubles from privatization of municipal property in 2013

1342 million rubles were received by the budget of Ufa from privatization of municipal property in 2013. This was reported by Tamara Pushkareva, the deputy head of municipal property directorate at the meeting in the city administration. This sum includes payments under previously concluded purchase-and-sale contracts, the press service of the municipality informs.

The forecast plan of municipal property privatization for 2013 included 398 properties with total area of 80.3 thousand sq. m. By the end of the year 176 facilities remained unsold with an area of 36.3 thousand sq. m - this property can be privatized in 2014.

Within a year 1 877,7 million rubles were received from sale of 222 objects. The average price per sq. m was 38.5 thousand rubles.

During 2009 - 2013, 846 municipal nonresidential objects with total area of 187 thousand sq. m for the sum of 6.6 billion rubles were privatized in Ufa. During these five years more than 3.8 billion rubles were transferred to the city budget.
