Six million people have improved their living conditions with Savings Bank

Six million people improved their living conditions with the help of mortgage loans of the Savings Bank from 2007 to 2013: over this period the bank has issued more than two million of mortgage loans, a quarter of which was issued in 2013.

In January 2014 the Savings Bank has established a record in relative increase in volume of mortgage loans issued - 42 billion rubles. Compared with January 2013, this figure rose by 90%.

"The figures of January 2014 were the results of our active work during the last year - along with reduced rates offers the Savings Bank has accredited more than 9000 real estate objects and expanded cooperation with the most of Russian realtors", the Director of Retail Lending of the Savings Bank Natalia Alymova says.

The Savings Bank continues offers for young families with interest rates ranging from 10.5% in rubles and no extra interest rate till the mortgage registration until June 30. The campaign for all new buildings with a single rate of 12 % per annum in rubles proceeds. Purchasing ready or under construction real estate as mortgage, the Savings Bank customers can use the maternity capital funds for an initial installment or part thereof.
