Bashneft increased payments to members of the Board by almost half in 2013 - to 1.126 billion rubles

In 2013 Bashneft paid to members of the Board emoluments in the amount of 1 125,6 million rubles including 345.6 million of wages, 721,6 million - of bonuses, 5,6 million - reimbursement of expenses. The data are given in the company's quarterly report. The total amount of payments to Members of the Board increased almost by 50 percent, compared to the year 2012.

In 2013 Members of the Board of Directors were paid emoluments of about 34 million rubles, including 14.4 million - for participation in the management body, 4.1 million - for reimbursement of expenses. In 2012, the emoluments to the Board of Directors were paid in the sum of 13.5 million rubles. Thus, the outpayments increased 2.5 times.
