"Gazprom neftekhim Salavat" increased processing of hydrocarbons by 10 percent - to 7.4 million tons

JSC "Gazprom neftekhim Salavat" refined 7.4 million tons of oil in 2013, by 10 percent exceeding the figure of 2012, the press service of the company informs. The volume of processed gas condensate increased by 35 percent, to 2.5 million tons.

An increase in the production of certain types of products is marked at oil, gas and chemical plants and at "Monomer".

Thus, the refinery as a result of a number of projects and modernization of production facilities increased the production of motor fuels of 4 and 5 emission standards by 50 percent.

The ammonia production is increased at the chemical plant to 480.18 thousand tons (4.1 percent compared to the level of 2012). At the "Monomer" the ethylene release is increased to 277 148 tons (by 25 percent), high-density polyethylene - to 36,087 tons (by 4.9 percent), low density polyethylene - to 73,412 tons (by 52.2 percent).

JSC "Gazprom neftekhim Salavat" is one of Russia's largest industrial complexes of refining and petrochemicals production. It produces bulk products, including gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, liquefied gases, butyl alcohols, plasticizers, polyethylene, polystyrene, ammonia, urea. Almost 100 percent stake of the company’s authorized capital belongs to Gazprom subsidiary - "Gazprom Pererabotka".
