Bashkir Branch of the Savings Bank issued more than 15 thousand mortgage loans last year

The Savings Bank issued over 15 thousand mortgage loans to residents of Bashkortostan Republic in 2013, which is by one third more than in 2012. The total volume of housing loans issued for the year amounted to 18.2 billion rubles, which is by 65 percent more than in 2012.

The Savings Bank makes regularly special offers for different categories of borrowers. So, until June 30, 2014 there are special mortgage loans terms for young families and for borrowers who buy apartments in new buildings.

Young families are considered those where at least one spouse has reached the age of 35. Initial payment for these borrowers is from 10 percent, interest rate in rubles is from 10.5 percent, the loan term - 30 years. The offer applies to the purchase of already commissioned housing.

Those wishing to purchase houses can use the offer for developers-legal bodies and take the loan for 12 years at the rate of 12 percent per annum.
