"Salavatneftehimproekt" state-owned stake was sold at the auction in Ufa

The 100 percent of republic-owned stake in "Salavatneftehimproekt" (Salavat) was sold at the auction to Ufa "Teckhinvest" LLC on Tuesday.

The successful bidder offered 258,213 thousand rubles for 543,180 ordinary shares at the initial auction price of 101 260 thousand rubles.

The auction was attended by four companies: "Teckhinvest" LLC, JSC "Neftepererabotchik" (Salavat), "Promhimproekt" LLC (Yaroslavl), "Korporativnoe Upravlenie" LLC (Moscow).

JSC "Salavatneftehimproekt" is engaged in complex industrial facilities design, project development and documentation of technological objects of oil and gas refining, petrochemical and chemical industries, development of systems of gas supply, heat supply, heating, ventilation, water supply and sewage of buildings and structures, the development of fire and security alarms. The share capital is 54 318 thousand rubles.
