Total revenues of Ufa increased by 22 percent in 2013

In 2013, 23,227 million rubles of revenues were mobilized to the budget of Ufa. According to preliminary data of the city administration, the total revenue for the year rose by 22 percent, or by 4.1 billion rubles.
More than 11 billion rubles are accounted for tax and non-tax revenues in this amount, which exceeds the comparable indicator of 2012 by 17 percent.
According to the press service of the city administration, the increase in tax revenues was achieved mainly by increasing the standard deduction from personal income tax from 20 percent to 22 percent. This brought the treasury 796 million rubles more.
Lump-sum tax revenues increased by 13 percent. Income tax revenues increased by 29 percent – due to increasing the land tax rates by type of functional land use.
Among the non-tax sources to replenish the treasury the revenues from renting (25 percent) and sales of land (60 percent), from sale of non-residential premises (58 percent), from sale of right to conclude agreements on development of built-up areas increased.
The city administration noted that the revenues growth allowed timely and fully financing socially relevant programs and developing urban infrastructure.
