"Uralsib" bought out Bashkiria’s share in Bashprombank

JSC "Uralsib" (Moscow) bought out share of Bashkortostan Republic in JSC "Bashkir Industrial Bank" (Bashprombank) amounting to 49.99996 percent of the share capital. The government's stake in Bashprombank was auctioned on December 21. The trades were won by "Uralsib", the Ministry of Land and Property Relations RB reports.

LLC "Spectrum" (Moscow) also participated in the auction.

"Uralsib" won the bid offering the initial price of 190 million rubles.

According to the list of affiliated persons of "Bashprombank" as of October 1, 49.999998 of the share capital belongs to "Uralsib". Thus, as a result of the transaction "Uralsib" consolidated almost 100 percent of the shares of the Bashkir bank.

The main activity of "Bashprombank" (Ufa) is banking services and operations. The authorized capital is 150,000,100 rubles. Number of employees is 31 people.

Bashprombank assets as of October 1, 2013 amounted to 613 158 thousand rubles, which is by 20.4 percent less than as of 1 October 2012. Profit after tax for the first nine months of 2013 made 20 407 thousand rubles against 29 155 000 rubles in January - September 2012.
