Individual developers provided housing construction growth by 13 percent in Bashkiria

In January-November 2054.6 thousand square metres of housing are commissioned in Bashkortostan - 113 percent compared to the similar period of 2012, according to Bashkortostan Statistics Agency.

The main volume of housing built in the current year is accounted for individual developers - 77.9 percent. Business activity of construction organizations declined. According to statistics, the output on the "Construction" activity in January - November was 94.1 percent to the corresponding figure of 2012.

Among the regions of the Volga Federal District Bashkortostan is on the second place on commissioning of residential buildings (after Tatarstan), and on the third - on the same index taken per capita (after Tatarstan and Chuvashia) .
