Gross milk yield exceeded 1.6 million tons in Bashkiria

In Bashkortostan, the gross milk yield from the beginning of the year exceeded 1,617 million tons. The share of agricultural enterprises in this volume constituted about 603.7 thousand tons of milk.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture RB, from the beginning of 2013 agricultural organizations of the republic received by 1411 tons of milk more than for the same period of the last year.

The greatest milk yield was received this year by farms of Chekmagushevsky (more than 40.5 thousand tons), Sterlitamaksky (more than 36.8 thousand tons), Dyurtyulinsky (more than 32.9 thousand tons), Ilishevsky (more than 27 thousand tons) and Aurgazinsky regions (about 23.8 thousand tons).
