For 15 years 7.5 million registration operations have been held in Bashkiria - Rosreestr

For the first nine months of 2013, the Russian State Register (Rosreestr) on Bashkortostan ranks second after Tatarstan in the Volga Federal District by the total number of registered rights, restriction on rights and transactions.

As the assistant director of Bashkortostan Directorate of the Russian State Register Natalia Shagieva informs, despite amendments made to the Civil Code of Russia since March 1, 2013 on abolishing the system of dual registration (rights and transactions) of real estate, a growth trend of state registration of rights, restriction on rights and transactions is marked in Bashkortostan.

So, if within 10 months of the last year, about 655.9 thousand rights and transactions were registered in the republic, then this year, the figure rose to 658.6 thousand in January- October.

“In general, for 15 years of our agency existence 7.5 million registration operations have been held in Bashkortostan. In recent years, about 840 thousand registration operations are accounted for four million people of our republic annually. As you can see, the real estate turnover in the region is large enough” Igor Shelyakov, the head of Bashkortostan Directorate of the Russian State Register said at the press conference.
