Minimum living wage is 6436 rubles in Bashkortostan

Resolution of the Government of Bashkortostan Republic established an average value of the minimum living wage in the third quarter of 2013 as 6436 rubles. The minimum living wage for the working-age population is set at 6897 rubles, for pensioners – at 5224 rubles, for children – at 6300 rubles.

The minimum living wage established at the level of the subject of Russia is meant for estimating the standard of living of the population while developing and implementing social programs. Social support funds for low-income citizens are calculated basing on this index, the press service of the Government informs.
