800 parking spaces will appear in the centre of Ufa as a result of Gostiny Dvor’s infrastructure development

Since October, active works are conducted on reconstruction of a parking area and a square in front of Gostiny Dvor. The changes will affect not only the parking place. By the time of the SCO and BRICS carrying out in 2015, Holiday Inn Hotel with the appropriate infrastructure will be erected next to the Gostiny Dvor shopping mall. The entire complex will be constructed in the same architectural concept preserving the historical style of the place.

According to the representative of Gostiny Dvor, Ufa residents will have a pleasant surprise - at the time of the construction completion the total number of parking spaces will increase by 4 times and amount to 800.

Gostiny Dvor shopping mall and business complex will have a re-conception that does not affect its architectural view and historic value. So far developers kept secret of the concept of the modernised complex, but they promise to inform the public in the near future.
