TransCreditBank is excluded from the deposit insurance system

JSC "TransCreditBank" is excluded from the register of banks participating in the deposit insurance system. This is connected with the termination of the bank activity as a separate legal entity and its joining to "VTB 24", the website of the "Deposit Insurance Agency" State Corporation informs.

As Bashinform News Agency was reported at the National Bank of Bashkortostan, the branch of JSC "TransCreditBank" in Ufa and its additional offices in Sterlitamak and Tuimazy operated in the republic. Legally, they have become parts of VTB 24.

“VTB 24 is TransCreditBank’s successor of all its rights and duties. Terms and interest rates on deposits registered in TransCreditBank after November 1 remained unchanged,” Anna Kameneva, the Head of Public Relations and Information Department of the National Bank RB explains. “VTB 24 functioned in the territory of Bashkortostan in the form of front offices. Now work is underway to transfer them in the status of a branch.”
