UMPO’s additional issue of shares for 240 million rubles is registered by the Bank of Russia

Bank Service for Financial Markets of Russia registered the additional issue of shares by JSC "Ufa Engine Industrial Association" (UMPO), said in a statement of the issuer. The additional issue is assigned the registration number 1-01- 30132 -D-006D.

The company will issue 240 million ordinary shares with a par value of 1 ruble each. The authorized capital of UMPO is 467 million rubles. As a result of the additional issue it will increase to 707 million rubles, or 51.4 percent.

Securities will be placed through private offering in favour of OPK "Oboronprom".

The offering price is 21 rubles/share. Thus, as a result of the additional issue UMPO can attract 5,040,000,000 rubles.
