Bashkiria is ready to sell Bashprombank shares for 190 million rubles

An auction sale of the stake in the republican "Bashkir Industrial Bank" (Bashprombank) in the amount of 49.99996 percent of the authorized capital of the company is appointed on December 23, according to the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Bashkortostan Republic.

The government's stake in Bashprombank is put up for auction for the first time.

137 236 962 497 138 uncertificated shares are subject to privatization, including ordinary shares - 137 236 962 494 085 pieces, preferential shares type 1 - 2629 pieces and preferential shares type 3 - 424.

Nominal value of one ordinary share is 0.0000005465 rubles, one preferential share of type 1 - 0.0000005465 rubles, type 3 - 0.0000000055 rubles.

The securities will be offered as a single lot. The starting price is 190 million rubles. The step auction is 9.5 million rubles.

Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until December 3 inclusive.

The main activity of JSC "Bashprombank" (Ufa) is banking services and operations. The authorized capital amounts to 150,000,100 rubles. The number of employees is 31 people.

Bashprombank assets as of October 1, 2013 amounted to 613,158 thousand rubles, which is 20.4 percent less than as of 1 October 2012. Profit after tax for the first nine months of 2013 is 20 407 thousand rubles against 29,155 rubles according to the results of January- September 2012.
