II Interregional Human Resources Forum was opened in Ufa

In Ufa, the II Interregional Human Resources Forum "Investments in Human Capital - Crucial Factor for Economic Growth in Russian Regions" was opened today. It will last till October 31.

According to members of the forum, it is a good platform for a constructive dialogue between business and government. First of all it is a possibility to share with comprehensive trends, current theories and practices of successful HR-management services for executives and management personnel, consultants and coaches.

As it was marked at the HR-Forum, effective human resources, social and educational policy should be an important part in the work of government institutions and enterprises of all forms of ownership.

The program the HR-Forum 2013 includes four discussion platforms, where the role of HR- functions to improve business efficiency, problems of attracting, retaining and developing employees at present conditions will be discussed.

In addition, the topics will cover also issues of management involvement in the training process, as well as the demand in the economy of Bashkortostan for young professionals and training institutions. On the second day of the HR-Forum, October 31, at Ufa State Aviation Technical University several master classes of business coaches will be held. Members of the Association of Coaches and Consultants of Bashkortostan and invited coaches-freelancers will conduct them.
