Sotsinvestbank increases its authorized capital by 30 percent due to additional issue

The decision on the additional issue of ordinary shares of JSC "Sotsinvestbank" is made at an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on October 25.

According Sotsinvestbank 76,957,677 ordinary shares will be issued additionally with a face value of 6 rubles each. Total face value of issue is 461,746,062 rubles. Thus, the share capital of the bank will be increased by 30 percent due to the additional issue.

Placement of the additional issue will be carried out by private subscription in favour of Sergey Tabolin – the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the bank , which today owns 93.4 percent of the share capital of the company .
