Mortgage arrears have increased by quarter in Bashkiria from the beginning of the year

Mortgage arrears have made 50 220,9 million rbl. in Bashkortostan as of September 1. It exceeds arrears as of the beginning of 2013 by more than one quarter (by 25,3 percent) and almost by half (by 49,5 percent) – an indicator as of September 1, 2012. The banking statistics for January-August, 2013 was published by the National Bank of the republic.

The share of the mortgage overdue debt has decreased for a year (since September, 2012) from 1,5 to 1 percent.

From the beginning of the year 16 265 mortgage credits for 19 788,3 million rbl. have been granted in Bashkortostan. On average rouble mortgage credits in the republic are issued at 13,1 percent per annum for 14,5 years.
