Weighted average mortgage rate has grown by 0,4 percent in Bashkiria from the beginning of the year

The weighted average interest rate on mortgage housing credits in roubles has made 13,1 percent per annum in Bashkortostan as of the beginning of September. For eight months 2013 it has increased by 0,4 percent, and for August – has decreased by 0,1 percent, the National Bank RB informs.

In foreign currency and precious metals mortgage credits quite the opposite trend is observed: from the beginning of the year the average rate has decreased by 0,7 percent, and in August – has risen by 0,2 percent.

The average term of rouble mortgage crediting has made 14,5 years as of September 1, of foreign currency and precious metals mortgage crediting – about 16,5 years.
